Judge Jeffrey A. Conrad was born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.  He graduated from Shippensburg University and earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law.  Judge Conrad first served as an assistant district attorney in the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office and later entered private practice as a defense attorney, becoming a partner at Clymer Conrad, P.C.  Judge Conrad was elected to the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas in 2017. Judge Conrad presides over Criminal Court, Civil Court, and the Drug Treatment Court.
