
Judge Jeffrey J. Reich was born in New York, New York. He graduated from Georgetown University, Washington D.C., with a degree in History. He earned his juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. Judge Reich maintained a general practice of law in Lancaster for 27 years before he was elected to the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas in 2007. He was retained in 2017. He presided over Family Court until he became the lead Orphans’ Court judge in January 2020. He has also presided over Juvenile Court since he began his judicial service, and he continues to do so.
