Judge Jeffery D. Wright was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He graduated from Allegheny College with a degree in History and earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  Judge Wright was elected to the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas in 2007 and was retained in 2017.  Judge Wright was instrumental in developing the Lancaster County Veterans’ Court, where he is the presiding judge.  Judge Wright also presides over Criminal Court and Civil Court.
